There is an rss feed in the side panel but the theme I am using does not like a couple of my rss plugins. Thanks for the visit and nice comments Regards Jackie

Try out the Feedburner feed in a little square box towards the bottom of the right hand panel and this may give you what you need. As soon as I have time I will try and find another feed that will work with this theme. Am on hols while Monday.
